Close to the University , clean, friendly staff

Really nice room, with a comfy bed. The free parking lot was wonderful and the hotel is located in a nice spot, close to a lot of locations accessible by car. Front desk staff was very kind and welcoming.

The staff is just phenomenal at this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Casey was particularly awesome. It is very close to the orthopedic hospital, so we have stayed here 2x prior to surgeries. So convenient.

Check in was easy. Casey at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Bed was comfy and clean. Black to curtains worked well.

most staff were very friendly . close(15 min) to the venue we were visiting. Breakfast is ok. Sometimes not hot enough. Property is clean!!! Will likely stay there again if we return to Albany.

The property was centrally located and there was plenty of parking. Staff were all super friendly, and there was a great breakfast selection.

I enjoyed the evening snacks that were complimentary. After a 9 hour drive, the sliders really hit the spot. It was great.

Great staff, very helpful. Particularly Josh, would like to think he sees this. Josh, a big thank you for your assistance in finding us a restaurant on Thanksgiving Day. You spent much time. Perhaps it was my threat of us coming home with you! Josh, well done. Show this to your line manager, top class customer service.

The room was pleasant and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were good and temperature able to be easily managed.
